Shipping:
All items ship within 3-5 business days of purchase date. The shipping method is through USPS Mail 2 day service (within the United States). Please allow a total of 5-7 business days to receive your shipment. If in need of faster delivery, please contact us directly prior to purchase. Signature is required upon delivery unless it is otherwise specified by the buyer.
Exchanges:
Please keep in mind that every piece is handmade; therefore you should expect minor imperfections.
Exchanges can be made within 10 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your piece, please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate.
If you need a shipment to be made outside of the United States, please contact us for shipping costs prior to purchase.
Custom Orders: For custom orders, please contact us directly. The shipping dates will be determined based on each piece. If you would like to purchase an item that has been sold out, it is possible to custom order it.
